Response times
We aim to respond to support requests within a few business days. Complex issues may take longer. We do not guarantee a specific response time.
Billing and subscriptions
For Pro or paid plans, you can manage billing through the subscription or billing area in the web app where available (including Stripe customer portal flows when we offer them). If you cannot access your account, email us from the address associated with your subscription when possible.

To report a security vulnerability, email support@life-os.phantom-forge-labs.com with “Security” in the subject line. Please do not publicly disclose issues until we’ve had a chance to address them.
